How does your home buying process work?

Once you have completed the property information form someone from our team will contact you, normally within 24-hours. In some cases we will need to gather more information about the property and go over details with you. At this point we may be able to give you a cash offer over the phone or in most cases we will schedule a physical or virtual walkthrough of the property.

How do you make money?

We are glad you asked! We are a for profit company. As experienced local investors there are three primary ways we make a profit. We could renovate the property and sell it on the open market. Or we could renovate the property and keep it as a rental property. Or we can provide the property to one of our vetted cash buyers.

Are you listing my house on the MLS or are you buying it?

We are not real estate agents. Our primary goal is to purchase your property with cash. We do understand that a cash offer is not always the best solution for the homeowner. In this case we are able to provide you with a referral to our preferred real estate agents in our network.

Do you give fair offers?
